Overview
This residence is made up of a number of small buildings of 3 floors high and offer good views of the surrounding mountains. It is a short walk (4 minutes) to the El Tarter gondola and the superb Grandvalira ski area. All the amenities of the El Tarter village are on hand with a number of shops, bars and restaurants. Soldeu resort centre can also be reached by ski-bus. The apartments were only built a couple of years ago and are therefore spacious and also benefit from a pleasant ambience of newness.

- All apartments have balcony or terrace, hob, oven or microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge, hair dryer and satellite TV.
- Safe’s can also be loaned from reception (pay locally).
- The two room apartments (A4) sleeping 2-4 people have twin bedroom and double sofa bed in the living area, bath and WC.
- Three room apartments (B6) sleeping 3-6 people have a twin and double bedroom plus double sofa bed in the living area, bath or shower and WC.
- End of stay cleaning is included (excludes kitchen and washing up).
- A refundable deposit of €200 is required at check in, credit cards accepted.
- Apartments are usually available from 5pm on the day of arrival.
