Chalet La Balance is situated less than 100m from the free ski bus stop and only 15 minutes walk from Haute Nendaz town centre.
This beautiful, recently renovated chalet can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. Thanks to the large panoramic windows, the chalet boasts amazing views across the valley and beyond.
The large open plan kitchen/diner, with lounge corner and a wood burner, and direct access to a private garden. There is a second lounge seating area adjacent for those who love to read or listen to music, plus a further family lounge with TV and a wood burning fireplace located at the end of this level. On the same floor you have a sauna and another double bedroom with a private bathroom plus access to the outdoor jacuzzi with amazing views.
The upper level contains 4 Bedrooms of which two are en suite. On the lower level you will find a large en suite double/twin bedroom and the chalet entry with ski room.

This 12 person, freestanding chalet is built over three floors in its own grounds.
The ground floor is the welcome hall and the ski boot room. The middle floor boasts two open plan lounge areas, both with views, as well as open plan dinning and kitchen areas. This floor also access’ the generous deck and landscaped garden with Jacuzzi and Sauna. There is one double room on this floor and a separate bathroom.
The top floor comprises of a large master suite, with separate shower and bath and a small study area. There are two further double rooms on this floor (one en suite) as well as a twin room and a shared bathroom.
A beautiful recently renovated luxury Nendaz chalet, complete with outdoor hot-tub.
