Hotel Aaritz, Selva

Located right in the resort centre and directly opposite the Ciampinoi gondola, the elegant Hotel Aaritz is full of character. The grand staircase leading down to the lounge with a log burning fireplace, filled with comfy sofas, stone pillars and archways are just some of the features adding a real touch of class to the hotel. Owner Suzi is always on hand to offer a warm welcome and wants guests to enjoy their holiday in a relaxed atmosphere.

The rooms are beautifully decorated in light and dark tones with great natural light. There is plenty of space and comfortably sleep 2-3 people. All rooms have a balcony and views over the valley or the village. You will be provided with all the comforts you need including bathrobes, slippers and complimentary toiletries, perfect after a nice hot bath.

If you want to take relaxation to the next level, we recommend a trip to the hotel's wellness area. This modern complex has a number of facilities to enjoy, the main feature being the crystal clear swimming pool. You will also find a sauna, solarium, Turkish bath and if skiing wasn't enough exercise for the day, you can also hit the gym. Our favourite, however, was the relaxation area where you can sit back, look directly outside and just watch the world go by, truly bliss.

Don't get too comfortable in the spa however as dinner is not to be missed. The traditional South Tyrolean menu is full of delicious dishes accompanied by a salad buffet. For those with a sweet tooth, you will not be disappointed as the dessert buffet has a range of dishes to satisfy everyone. The hotel also caters for any dietary requirements and allergies, we just need to know in advance. Breakfast in the mornings will not disappoint with both a hot and cold buffet spread to set you up for the day.

Meals

Meals take place in the hotel's restaurant. Each morning there is an extensive buffet breakfast with hot and cold options available. In the evenings you will be treated to a 4 course meal which is a mix of international and south Tyrolean dishes and a salad buffet.

The hotel hold a weekly gala evening with cocktails for guests to enjoy.

Twin rooms sleep up to 3 people (third bed is a single sofa bed). Rooms have a bath or shower. All hotel bedrooms have a WC, TV, safe, and hair dryer.
