Chalet Claudia

Chalet Claudia sleeps 15-18 in two beautiful family suites and two en-suite family rooms.  The chalet is seconds away from the piste and ski school.

The spacious open plan living and dining area has large wide galleried windows showing off the great location, a focal open fireplace and doors opening onto the terrace where you can relax in the hot tub and enjoy the stunning mountain scenery. On entering the chalet on the ground floor there is a large boot room with boot warmers, washing machine, drying areas and tumble dryer for guests’ use.

Piste-side location - ski almost to the door.

Meals

Our food is well thought out, freshly prepared and cooked in the chalets on 6 evenings. Where possible we use local butchers, bakers and greengrocers and we offer a cheese board with locally sourced cheese.

Breakfast – A member of the chalet team will prepare fresh eggs, bacon and porridge. Fresh French bread, a selection of jams, yogurts and cereals is also available for you to help yourself to, alongside freshly brewed coffee and tea.

Children’s Lunch – Lunch is an opportunity for adult guests to try the fabulous piste side offerings whilst for those children booked into our childcare clubs there is hot and wholesome food included.

Afternoon Tea – When you return from skiing there will be a freshly baked cake or biscuits waiting for you with baguettes and fruit as well as tea and coffee left out for you to prepare.

Children’s Supper – Our children’s menus use tried and tested recipes from cooks like Annabel Karmel and Rachel Allen. We use Ella’s Kitchen for our baby food! Children’s supper is usually served at 5:30pm and is a two-course meal prepared using wholesome freshly cooked ingredients – we do ask that parents supervise this meal but staff will again be on hand to clear away.

Adult’s Dinner – Our delicious adult evening meals are served from 7.30/8pm designed to appeal to everyone. Canapé-style starter followed by a dinner-party style main and dessert all home made in Chalet by your amazing host. A cheese board is available for those with a hearty appetite, and all of this is served with unlimited red and white wine options.

Childcare

3 months to 4 years - A full day of activities including lunch, 6 days per week.

4 - 6 years - 6 mornings of ski school, lunches on 6 days, 6 afternoons of fun filled activities.

7 - 13 years - 6 mornings of ski lessons, six hot lunches, three afternoons of fun filled activities and all Adventurers will have three afternoons of fun skiing with children of a similar ability, accompanied by a Ski Instructor.

Family Room 1 – sleeps 4 and is situated on the ground floor and opens onto a sun deck. It has a double bedroom, separate children’s bunk room and ensuite shower room with basin and WC.

Family Room 2 – sleeps 4 and is situated on the ground floor and opens onto a sun deck. It has a double bed and bunks in a good-sized room with an ensuite shower room with basin and WC.

Caron Suite – is on the first floor and sleeps a family of 5-6. It is a very generous space with a comfy sofa in the parents’ double room which opens out onto the sun deck and hot tub. The children’s room has bunk beds and additional sofa bed. The ensuite bathroom has a bath, basin, WC and separate shower.

Orelle suite – is on the second floor sleeps 4-5 in a double with a separate children’s room with twin beds and a sofa bed seating area. It has a spa bath, basin, WC and a separate shower room. There are some lovely touches like large wardrobes giving lots of storage.
