Chalet Chelmer, Morzine

Step inside Chalet Chelmer, where you will be warmly welcomed by our enthusiastic team. The facilities in the chalet will pleasantly surprise you. In the attractive living room with a dining area and a small bar, you can evaluate your great skiing day with others in front of the cozy wood-burning stove. There is also a large smart TV and excellent internet. The spacious terrace offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, while on the terrace in the snow, a relaxing sauna with a spectacular glass wall to the valley and mountains and the jacuzzi offer you the perfect place to rest your tired legs. Downstairs is the kitchen with an extra dining area. Of course, there is plenty of parking space in front of the door, a heated ski storage room and, as mentioned, the ski bus runs very regularly and takes you to the lifts in ten minutes.

The chalet is well laid out with four different floors and five rooms. You will find two bedrooms with double beds and a single bed, as well as three bedrooms with double beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The chalet is ideal for groups of 10 to 13 people, making it perfect for families and groups of friends.​

The ski bus stops every 30 minutes just 250 meters away from the chalet. Within fifteen minutes, you'll reach the lifts that provide access to the expansive Portes du Soleil ski area. To plan your day optimally, we recommend using the 'pysae app' for the most up-to-date information on the ski bus arrival times.

Location

The village is located at an altitude of 1000 meters, it has few high-rise buildings and, in contrast to many French ski resorts has a cozy and enticing center. There are numerous shops, restaurants, and bars, to enjoy throughout this picturesque village. Morzine has an excellent après-ski, which you can experience right after skiing, until late.

Meals

During your stay, an extensive breakfast buffet, a three-course dinner, and all drinks (beer/wine/soft drinks/tea and coffee) during the day are included in the price – 7 breakfasts and 6 x evening meals.

Good food and an elaborate dinner are key components of a successful skiing holiday. The chalet staff spend much time, care, and attention to the preparation of your dinner.

This chalet is operated by a Dutch tour operator, and afternoon tea is not included. All staff are English speaking.
