Chalet Alysson

Chalet Alysson is a homely and roomy free-standing chalet located away from the noise of the main road, yet only 5 minutes to the Morel chairlift, and if snow conditions allow it, with the ability to ski back to the front door (not total beginners). It's the perfect base to start and finish your day on the slopes.

Bright and Welcoming – The chalet is full of traditional charm, built in keeping with Savoyarde style by the owner. After a day on the snow, why not relax in the sauna, or unwind in front of the fire in the open-plan sitting/dining room characterised by the ceiling with exposed wooden beams? Or perhaps you would rather enjoy an aperitif on the wrap-around terrace and watch the sun go down. Either way, the chalet offers ample space for all guests to enjoy.

Versatile Personality – The chalet comprises six en suite twin bedrooms. For larger groups, Chalet Azalee, located next door, provides additional accommodation, offering the possibility to book both chalets together. Your ski gear can be easily stored in the large boot room, complete with a heated boot rack.

Location

Located in the Morel area of Meribel, just above the town centre, this chalet offers convenient access. It's less than a 10-minute downhill walk to the main part of Meribel, or, as the Ligne C bus stop is 240 metres from the chalet, it is possible to opt for the free resort buses, which run frequently and take about three minutes. In the morning, it's a 250-meter walk to reach the Morel chairlift, providing easy access to the Altiport area for a day of skiing. For those with morning lessons at La Chaudanne, the free resort bus can take you there. Plus, the chalet's location allows for skiing, via the Hulotte piste, right back to the door (depending on snow conditions and not advised for beginners).
