Chalet Jonquille

Chalet Jonquille has been lovingly renovated and offers a total of 8 bedrooms, sleeping up to 15 guests.

The entrance is on the ground floor where there is also a ski room for storing all your gear at the end of an awesome day on the slopes. The chalet also boasts a fabulous cinema room. This is a real treat for those evenings when you are too tired to do anything else but chill out and relax watching a good movie.

On the first floor you’ll find our single guest bedroom and the spacious, open-plan lounge and dining area. The heart of this home from home, it is the perfect space to socialise in the evenings, following a wonderful day in the snow. Guests will enjoy some delicious and hearty home-cooked meals and a glass or two of wine before retiring to the comfortable seating in the lounge, centred around a warm and welcoming log fire. The chalet also has a terrace, just off the lounge, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the jacuzzi with a view of the mountains. What could be better?

The remaining seven en suite bedrooms are located on the second and third floors of the chalet, with five bedrooms on the second floor and two bedrooms located on the 3rd floor.

Location

In an idyllic location, Chalet Jonquille is just a 5 minute walk away from the village of La Tania. Nestled right in the very heart of the The Three Valleys, La Tania offers a welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle of some of the larger surrounding resorts. Its snow-capped trees and tranquil settings are perfect for those who want to really enjoy the beauty of the mountains.

When it comes to skiing, this gorgeous little chalet doesn't disappoint in terms of location. The nearest piste is just 150m away and a stay in Chalet Jonquille means that you have access to the largest ski area in the world. You couldn't ask for much more

Meals

You’ll be treated to scrumptious home-cooked dishes, tasty treats, and plenty of locally sourced wine! Six evenings a week, we serve a three-course dinner with unlimited red, white, or rosé wine — and on Thursday there’s an extra treat: a cheese board of local favourites served with a glass of port.

Your week begins in style: on arrival at your chalet, enjoy handmade canapés and aperitifs in the lounge while your host gives you a warm welcome and introduces you to the resort.

Start your day with a hearty cooked breakfast of bacon, eggs, beans or hash browns, and mushrooms or tomatoes, alongside cereals, porridge, yogurts, and fresh bread. A cooked breakfast is served from 8–9am on four mornings, with a continental spread available on the other three days.

Nothing says chalet life like homemade cake or biscuits. Every afternoon self serve fresh bakes with a choice of teas, best enjoyed while relaxing in the lounge by the log fire.
