Jasper
Overview
Jasper will appeal to those who as well as skiing also like to venture into some of the worlds most beautiful wilderness areas. The skiing will mainly appeal to beginners and low level intermediates as it is small. Having said that the area is not without its advanced challenges and steep pitches for those venturing backcountry. The Jasper ski school also comes highly recommended by some of our past clients. The resort does well when mixing it as a short break add on to a 10 night holiday with say Banff or Whistler.
Offslope/apres ski
Pretty quiet for the non-skier with the usual Rocky mountain attractions of dog-sledding and snowmobiling. There are a few bars for apres ski.
