A newly refurbished hotel on the scene in Obertauern for this season, The Obertauern Places Hotel brings a sleek, fun presence to the resort. You will be located close to the resort centre with access the incredible skiing Obertauern has to offer.
The hotel has a vibrant, modern feel throughout and the 'Places LoungeBar' is the perfect spot to grab a drink with friends after a day on the slopes. If you want to enjoy epic views of the Alps, the hotel's rooftop bar has a relaxed atmosphere with music most evenings and a great selection of craft beers.
The chill out areas don't end with lounges and bars, Places Hotel has something for everyone. There is an on-site movie theatre, multimedia gaming lounge, old skool game lounge, and a soft play zone for kids.
The hotel hosts occasional musical line-ups and DJ sessions throughout the season, so whether you are a fan of good music, or want to chill out playing board games with friends, there is a place for that.
An impressive spa area is the cherry on top, with an 80m2 freshwater indoor pool, whirlpool zone, multiple saunas and relaxation area with a fireplace and vitality bar. You can also use the outdoor Finnish sauna or try out the 24/7 gym.

Breakfast is an extensive hot and cold buffet (7am-11am)
Dinner is a buffet with regional and international inspired dishes (6:30pm - 9pm)
The hotel offers flexible half board, so if you miss dinner you can use a €30 daily credit per person on food and drinks at the hotel's bars. It is possible to use this credit throughout the length of your stay.
Places A3 Rooms are around 28m² with Austrian twin beds. They can sleep up to three using a single sofa bed.
Places B4 Rooms are larger at 32m² with Austrian twin beds. They can sleep four using a double sofa bed.
