Moreover, the Demlhof chalet offers a sunny south-facing terrace with a spacious garden, making it ideal for large groups, especially those with children. All twelve bedrooms in Chalet Demlhof come with private facilities and additionally feature a balcony.
The catered Chalet Demlhof is located in the center of Finkenberg, within walking distance of the ski lifts. In favorable snow conditions, it is even possible to ski (off-piste) right up to the doorstep. Since 2023, the chalet has boasted a completely new ski room, and furthermore, a beautiful renovation took place in the same year.

Finkenberg is a beautiful, well-kept winter sports village in an idyllic setting. The village is at an altitude of 840 meters between the lively Mayrhofen and the imposing Hintertux glacier.
The ski lifts leave from the centre and take you to the heart of the Zillertal 3000 ski area. The après ski in Finkenberg is decent and provides several bars and clubs for your entertainment from early afternoon until late at night. Should you be looking for more, the lively city of Mayrhofen can be found in a mere 10-minute bus ride.

During your stay, an extensive breakfast buffet, a three-course dinner, and all drinks (beer/wine/soft drinks/tea and coffee) during the day are included in the price – 7 breakfasts and 6 x evening meals.
Good food and an elaborate dinner are key components of a successful skiing holiday. The chalet staff spend much time, care, and attention to the preparation of your dinner.
This chalet is operated by a Dutch tour operator, and afternoon tea is not included. All staff are English speaking.
