It doesn't matter whether you are enquiring about a holiday eighteen months in advance or eighteen hours in advance we are still able to book your holiday. Even if you are not sure what you are looking for, the chances are that we will. Once we've spoken to you, everything should seem much clearer. SNOW FINDERS will guide you step by step through the whole process. Once you have decided on your holiday, just phone or e-mail us and your reservation will be confirmed. Deposit/Insurance /full balance may need to be paid at the time of booking, this can be done by: Debit card, cheque, cash, or  bank transfer Balances may be paid in the same way.   When booking your air holiday with Snow Finders you are ATOL protected by the CAA. Snow Finders act as retail agents for licensed tour operators. Company VAT number is 745466312. Booking through Snow Finders.   ABTA and ATOL bonding   Snow Finders hold licenses with ABTA (J5552) and ATOL (9279), the latter being issued by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). As members of ABTA we must also abide by their code of conduct. Most of the holidays that we sell offer financial protection, but not all so please check this at the time of booking.   Our ABTA status can be viewed here. Our ATOL status can be viewed here.   The ways in which Snow Finders acts within the travel industry:   1. Snow Finders acting as a travel agency. a) All flight inclusive package holidays will be covered by the ATOL licence of the relevant tour operator when Snow Finders act as the retail ABTA agency for these operators. Your financial security is offered by the tour operators ATOL licence. b) When Snow Finders act as an agency for a principal where flights are not included then some tour operators and suppliers will provide financial security through alternative methods such as ABTA, TTA, ABTOT, etc. Please enquire at the time of booking if your supplier is covered. c) When Snow Finders act as an agency for a principal where flights are not included then some suppliers/hoteliers/chalet owners etc will NOT provide any financial security. Please enquire at the time of booking if your supplier is covered.   2. Snow Finders acting as a principal. a) All flight inclusive package holidays will be covered by the ATOL licence of Snow Finders when we act as the tour operator/principal. Your financial security is provided by this licence. b) Holidays where only one element is provided and Snow Finders act as the principal (hotel only, car hire only, transfer only, chalet only, etc) then NO bonding or financial protection is offered.     Many of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. But ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected.
