Hotel L’Etable

Having direct ski-in/ski-out access to the quieter Swiss side of the enormous Portes du Soleil ski area, Hotel L’Étable is a charming, typically Alpine hotel where a warm welcome awaits. Slate, wood and stone mix in harmony to offer a traditional chic yet contemporary vibe. The owners, Richard and Jean Michel, are always on hand for a warm greeting, advice, or to serve a drink or two in the cosy bar.

Whilst the hotel doesn't boast a wealth of facilities where it scores is on its service and food. The relaxing library is perfect for chilling, listening to music, or reading a book. Here you will find the honesty bar stocked with beverages, freshly baked pastries and cakes (tea and coffee are free of charge). Just a few steps across the atmospheric harming courtyard resides the fabulous and intimate bar serving a wide range of beers, wines, spirits, and cocktails. The adjoining restaurant is a must for any foodies serving both local specialities and staple steak house dishes. This realy is a gastro experience with an amazing wine list.

Situated in the quiet village of Les Crosets at 1670m, the location of this typical chalet style hotel is hard to beat. With direct access to the ski slopes from the hotel, you’ll be exploring this fantastic ski area in no time.  There’s also a handful of restaurants and shops on your doorstep.

The hotel itself is delightfully cosy with typically Swiss design, making it a true mountain retreat. With just 17 rooms, it’s a small hotel offering a personal service.

Meals

Chose from bed and breakfast or half board with a lovely in-house bar and restaurant, the J-Steakhouse, which specialises in delicious steaks. Half board is the best value and it includes two course; a choice of mains + starter or mains + desert. Additional courses can be paid for locally if required.

We feature a range of rooms and suites on B&B and half board basis. Village View and Mountain View Rooms are ideal for two guests while Family Rooms work well for two adults and two children. The Duplex Suite is a large suite for up to five guests and features a kitchenette and lounge / dining area.

This delightful gasto-hotel will wow you with service and cuisine. Rooms are charming and chic to such an extent you wont wish to leave.
