Be sure to speak to the sommelier for the recommendation of wines which pair well with your meal. If you would like to taste your way through the variety of wines available, wine tastings can be booked locally for groups of eight, where you'll sample regional and international wines and learn about their stories from knowledgeable sommeliers.

The Park Hotel has a prime location in Voss, situated on the vibrant main street and opposite the serene shores of the beautiful Lake Vangsvatnet. Its setting makes it a picturesque place to stay and incredibly convenient for exploring the area. For ski and snowboard enthusiasts, the Voss Gondol, located just a short walk from the hotel, gives you access to the Hangurstoppen ski area, renowned for its stunning views and ski runs.

Location

The Park Hotel has a central location in Voss. The ski lift is around 150 metres from the hotel. The nearest bus stop is less than a minutes (100 metres) walk away. To access the ski school and ski shop, you'll need to take the gondola up. The ski school meeting place is located outside the ski hire shop next to the magic carpet.

Meals

The Park Hotel is on a bed and breakfast basis, with an option to upgrade to half-board which will include your breakfast and dinner.

Each morning you can enjoy a tasty buffet breakfast with a classic continental offering, and additional hot options. Breakfast is served until 09:30 Monday - Friday, and until 10:00 on weekends.

If you upgrade to half-board then you'll have dinner included also. This is a three-course evening meal with a choice of starter, main and dessert. The menu features international cuisine, made with local ingredients. Drinks are not included but be sure to check out the extensive wine lists, the hotel is home to one of Europe's best wine cellars, so there is bound to be a bottle to pair nicely with your meal. Dinner can either be buffet style or table service.

Standard bedrooms are around 17-25m², sleeping two to three people. These rooms have twin beds and a single sofa bed for the third person. These rooms have more traditional décor.

Lakeview bedrooms are around 25m², sleeping two people. These rooms are located on the upper floor of the hotel and have views over the Vangsvatnet lake.

Superior bedrooms are around 20m², sleeping two people. These rooms are located on the upper floor of the hotel with views over the city of Voss.
