Banchetta Apartments, Sestriere

The Banchetta Apartments are in the centre of Borgata, a small and friendly village four kilometres from the main resort of Sestriere. The lifts are only 300 metres away so getting into Sestriere or straight up on to the mountain and the Milky Way each day is nice and easy. The lifts here often don't have queues which makes for a dream start each morning. You can ski right back to the building along one of the paths from the main slopes too - a nice added bonus. Borgata is the perfect place to experience the local way of life which is centered around a small selection of bars and restaurants.

The apartments are located behind the Hotel Banchetta, ran by the same family since the 1930's. They are basic and snug in size, each having a kitchenette with fridge and 4-ring cooker, shower, WC, TV and hairdryer. Being self-catering allows you the freedom to eat and drink wherever you like throughout your stay. If however you fancy upgrading to half board, you can eat at the Hotel Banchetta. You can also pay to use their sauna, perfect after a day on the slopes. Cleaning and change of linen is carried out once per week.

You can access Sestriere by ski lift during the day. There is also a local bus which does the rounds. We recommend when you arrive to check at reception the timetable for that week so you can plan your journeys to the main resort and to avoid any disappointment.

Meals

The apartments are based on self-catering but you've got the option to upgrade to half board and eat at the Hotel Banchetta. There's a hot and cold buffet breakfast and a four-course evening meal with choice of menu. There's also a candle-lit dinner once a week.

Apartments are basic and have a kitchenette with fridge and 4-ring cooker, shower, TV and hairdryer. Cleaning and change of linen are provided once a week. Please note when at full occupancy these apartments will have limited space.

(A3) 30m² – sleeps 2-3 One double bedroom and sofa bed in the living room.
(B4) 40m² – sleeps 2-4 One double bedroom and two sofa beds in the living room. Rooms sleeping 4 will not have a communal sofa as it is replaced by the extra bed/sofa bed.
