Montivas Lodge, Livigno

Newly built in 2019, Montivas Lodge is a fresh modern take on the piste side accommodation. The nearest lift is just 50 metres, so you can make the most of your precious piste time. The free resort bus stops just outside the hotel, so exploring other parts of the exciting ski area in nice and easy. Central Livigno is around 750 metres away, the bus heads here too or take a nice afternoon walk if the legs are up to it.

The lodge offers guests bed and breakfast and with plenty of great restaurants in Livigno, you can take your taste buds on a journey each evening and sample some classic Italian pasta or traditional authentic Italian pizza.

The accommodation is very clean and minimalist, makes the most of space in the building, with large scale pictures of the pistes catching the eye. They used natural materials when building with a sustainable vision, hopefully helping to keep snow on the piste for years to come.

Later in the day the breakfast area becomes a hub where you can relax and chill, or have a social beer with fellow guests. To do so there's an honesty bar in the property, stocked with plenty of beers and soft drinks. You can also help yourself any time of day to coffee and fruit.

Guests are also welcomed into the great Hotel Lac Salin where you can use its excellent facilities including the wellness area, take part in the weekly activities such as shoe shoeing and yoga and if you fancy eating at the hotel, you get 10% off of the dinner menu, well worth it might we add.

Guests staying at the Montivas Lodge can use the facilities at the Hotel Lac Salin. This includes 10% discount of the menu in the hotels restaurant. Take part in the weekly activity programme including snow shoeing, skiing sessions, morning stretching, yoga and aqua gym. You can also use the hotels wellness area which has a steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, relaxation room, fitness room and heated indoor/outdoor pool - all free of charge. A solarium, hamman, beauty treatment and massages available locally at additional cost.

Meals

There's both hot and cold foods to choose at breakfast. If you fancy an egg you can make it how you like it on the hot plates provided. This area then switches to a social area, where you can enjoy a beer or soft drink from the hotel honesty bar. There's coffee and fruit around all day.

Twin rooms sleep two people. All hotel bedrooms have a shower, balcony, TV, safe, fridge and hairdryer.

Triple rooms sleep three, with a single sofa bed for the third person.
