Val Thorens has a good selection of bars and clubs playing a wide variety of music. Bars include Rendez Vous, red Fox, Saloon, O’Connells, Shamrock pub, Downunder, and the ever famous Frog and Roastbeef. Malayasia and Klub Summit are two banging nightclubs. Then there is the Folie Douce……..but why would you.
There is a wide and good selection of restaurants ranging from good value to very expensive. There is also a good selection of mountain restaurants to suit all tastes. Off the slopes is limited, other than a small sports centre and cinema.
Overview
High, ski convenient and snow sure. Great slopes for all abilities, a really good destination for mixed ability groups. Lots of chalets, hotels and apartments to choose from.
