Set just a short stroll from the heart of Val d’Isère’s charming old village, Chalet Madeleine offers a personalised and unforgettable ski holiday in France — perfectly designed for families and groups seeking a premium alpine experience.

Chalet Madeleine sleeps up to 14 guests across six ensuite twin or double bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms can be configured as triples, offering additional sleeping space ideal for families with children or mixed-age groups.

After a day on the slopes, unwind in the private outdoor hot tub or gather beside the feature fireplace in the open-plan living room — perfect for drinks, canapés, and relaxed evenings together.

The piste and Val d’Isère’s vibrant resort centre are just a 7-minute walk away, or a quick hop on the free shuttle bus, which stops nearby and runs until late.

Chalet Madeleine operates on a sole-occupancy basis only, ensuring complete privacy, a personalised experience, and the full attention of your dedicated chalet team — from your first morning coffee to your final day on the slopes.

Location

Chalet Madeleine is brilliantly located close to the centre of resort, within a 5 minute walk of all resort amenities. The chalet is either a 7 minute walk to the piste / lifts or 3 stops / 5 mins on the free resort shuttle bus. The bus stops just a 1 minute walk along the road from the chalet and runs every 10 minutes.

Meals

Our entire ethos for the chalets is based upon the idea of a GENEROUS and INDULGENT menu, with freshly prepared, devilishly moreish, great food (and drink of course). Everything is cooked fresh in the chalets every day, by your very own dedicated and friendly chalet team.

6 days of exquisite catering by your dedicated chalet chef and hosts. (Please note, our staff take a well-deserved day off each week.)
Enjoy a hearty-cooked breakfast for 5 days and a continental breakfast on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Return to afternoon treats: freshly baked cakes or biscuits, a selection of breads & jams, and a range of teas & coffees.
4-course evening meals (6 days a week) - Canapes, starter, main course, dessert.
A specially curated children's menu with varied mains and desserts.
Bottled wine with your evening meal from our curated white, red, and rosé selection.

A delightful free standing chalet, situated only 5 mins walk to the centre, and only 200m to the ski bus stop. Early booking is recommended.
