Freddie Residence

At an altitude of 1800 meters, in the heart of Savoie in the French Alps, our new residence, the Freddie, will open its doors in December 2025! Nestled in the charming village of Tignes 1800, this exceptional address combines authentic alpine character with contempory comfort. Our new residence accomodates 2 to 7 guests in thoughtfully designed interiors that exude warmth and comfort. Ideally located, the Freddie residence offers ski-in/ ski-out access to the prestigious Tignes-Val d'Isère ski area, a true paradise for winter sports enthusiasts. After a day on the slopes, enjoy the convenience of nearby shops and resort activities.

There are 12 apartments overall, sleeping 2-7 pax.

All apartments include Induction hob, Nespresso machine (caps not included) dishwasher, hygiene kit, hoover, Raclette and fondue machine, bath towels, hairdryer in each bathroom, smart TV. Bed linen.

STUDIO STANDARD- (Apartment 6 sleeps 2) Enjoy a functional and cozy retreat at the foot of the slopes! These 17 m² studios, perfectly optimized, can accomodate up to 2 guests for a comfortable and convenient mountain stay. The living area features a fold-down 160×200 bed, providing a real sleeping space while preserving the living area during the day. Each studio also includes a well-equipped and functional shower room with WC.

STUDIO BALCONY- (Apartment 103,206,306 sleeps 2) Experience your ski holiday in a modern way and thoughtfully designed 17 m² studio, ideal for two guests. Each studio features a private balcony, perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air and taking in the views after a day on the slopes. The living area includes a murphy bed, combining nighttime comfort with daytime practicality. The functional shower room is equipped with a shower, sink and WC. Best of all, enjoy ski-in/ski-out access, for a stay where comfort and simplicity go hand in hand with authentic alpine charm

SIMPLEX TERRASSE APARTMENT- (Apartment  7 sleeps 6)Enjoy this spacious 56m² apartment, ideal for comfortably accomodating up to 6 guests. Its south-facing terrace is a real highlight, offering sunshine and open views after your day on the slopes. The apartment includes a seperate bedroom with two single beds, a welcoming living room with a murphy bed, a sleeping area with two additional murphy beds and two shower rooms with WC. Located within our residence, this apartment also provides direct ski-in/ski-out access, for a 100% ski-to-door experience.

SUPERIOR DUPLEX APARTMENT- (Apartment 301 Sleeps 6) Discover the perfect balance of space, comfort, and mountain spirit with our 50 m² Superior Duplex Apartments, ideal for accommodating up to 6 guests. Located on levels 3 and 4, these apartments provide a privileged setting to fully enjoy the mountains, with direct ski-in/ski-out access for a seamless skiing experience. The clever and flexible layout includes a bedroom with two single beds, a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed, a welcoming living area with a fold-down bed combining cozy living space and nighttime comfort, and two modern shower rooms—one with WC, sink, and shower, the other with sink and shower. To enjoy the view, each apartment features two balconies facing north and west, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes.

Perfect for families or trips with friends, each apartment features a clever layout and all the comfort you need to make the most of your mountain stay. These apartments include: a seperate bedroom with two single beds and a one-person pull-out chair bed, a welcoming living room with a murphy bed and two shower rooms with WC. Each apartment also offers a north facing balcony. A modern and functional apartment, designed to create and share unforgettable moments.

PREMIUM DUPLEX STUDIO- (Apartment  303 sleeps 7) Experience the ultimate mountain getaway in our 54 m² Premium Duplex Apartments, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests. Perfect for families or groups of friends, these duplexes combine space, comfort, and functionality, with direct ski-in/ski-out access for an unforgettable skiing experience. These duplexes feature a bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 fold-down beds, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a welcoming living area with a fold-down bed—offering both nighttime comfort and daytime living space—and two modern shower rooms. Each apartment also has two north-facing balconies, perfect for enjoying the view after a day on the slopes.
