Brand new to the White Mountain Chalets portfolio for Winter 24-25, this exquisite chalet sits in the heart of the village of Saint Martin de Belleville; with a spacious layout, modern architectural design and beautiful furnishings, this chalet has it all.
Set across 4 floors with spectacular valley and mountain views from the top floor living areas and nestled within the charming streets of the village – this chalet has the wow factor at every turn.
The expansive living spaces in this chalet are impressive in scale but still provide charm and cosiness. The open plan living area enjoys spectacular valley views and is divided from the dining and kitchen area with an impressive 4-sided glass fireplace. In addition, there is a TV snug offering the perfect space to curl up in and watch a film or play a board game.
FINE DINING
Sitting on the other side of the fireplace is the dining room, with ample room for 12, the bespoke wooden table sits in front of sliding doors to another balcony with views through the village and to the local mountain La Cochet.

OUTSIDE AREAS
Nestled in the heart of the village this chalet enjoys a large terrace with landscaping on the ground floor, balconies from bedrooms 1 and 2 on the first floor and then additional balconies off both the living area and dining area on the second floor
BEDROOM ONE (MASTER)
This room looks toward Le Cochet and has a balcony with door and a separate window which floods the room with light. Wooden floors, grey wool curtains, modern lighting and Arpin Savoie soft furnishings create a sophisticated and serene space.
In-built wardrobes and a desk create a space for everything. The en-suite is beautifully clad in Italian stone with wood, black and porcelain fittings. The walk-in double width shower and large sink create a luxurious space.
BEDROOM TWO
This double aspect room enjoys valley and village views with a large super-king bed or 2 twins, built-in wardrobes and a desk area. There is access to the balcony and the room is a modern mix of neutrals, texture and subtle lighting.
The en-suite provides a double width walk-in shower and large ceramic sink and it is beautifully clad in Italian stone with black detailing.
BEDROOM THREE
This double aspect room is cosy with beautiful views. Grey woollen curtains with a dark charcoal headboard and Arpin Savoie soft furnishings in red and grey create a stylish and authentic mountain bedroom.
The bed is a superking that can be split into twins. The en-suite bathroom offers Italian stone tiles, walk-in shower and sink with all accessories with wood and black fixture and fittings.
BEDROOM FOUR (BUNK ROOM)
This functional yet stylish bunk room provides bunk beds for 4 children / teenagers each with their own reading light and nook for charging and books. Ample floor space for playing and a desk area makes this a really beautiful room.
Windows look out down the valley. The en-suite bathroom offers Italian stone tiles, walk-in shower and sink all accessories with black fixture and fittings.
BEDROOM FIVE (MASTER)
Situated on the ground floor this spacious bedroom has vaulted ceilings as a nod to the original village farmhouse. A large superking bed and a freestanding bath take pride of place in this boutique room.
The walk-in shower, and sink are tucked into private alcoves and the WC is separate with a door. Neutral décor, discreet lighting and the natural wood allow the original features of the room to shine.
TV CINEMA ROOM
The TV cinema room on the first floor provides wrap-around seating and a cosy setting. A large built-in corner sofa is furnished with boucle cushions and the on-wall smart TV means your watching choices are endless.
This room also makes a great space for the kids and teens to hang out.
