In December 2021 we were thrilled to announce the opening of 12 new luxurious suites and a boutique hotel in Arc 1950. Affectionally named after mythically bears from around the world, these suave chalet-apartments offer the intimacy of our renown chalet service whilst offering access to our fabulous Bear resort facilities; a communal lounge and bar, proper size pool complex with sauna, steam room, hot tub and massage suites, exercise room, cinema, kids playroom and concierge ski room with rental shop.
Just a stone's throw from the piste, Suite Oso is bursting with character and boasts a fabulous location at a dizzying altitude. It is located on the fifth floor of the building, with direct access to the village on the 4th floor (via a lift just down the hall)
The chalet is a self-contained apartment with an open plan living / dining room, offering the ideal space for a family or friends to relax, with a balcony providing views over to Mont Blanc. The three spacious bedrooms are all en suites and one of them has additional bunk beds (charged at half the adult price).
Of course, you will have a dedicated chalet host to serve a cooked and continental breakfast, afternoon tea and a 3 course meal on 6 evenings, followed by a cheese board and coffee with a choice of red and white wine.
Suite Oso is the perfect place from which to explore the vast Paradiski area. With over 425km worth of pistes and reaching up to a whopping 3226m, there is great terrain for beginners, intermediates and advanced skiers alike.
We provide our own in-house ski hire service for guests staying in Bear Resort. Pre-booked equipment is fitted in our own ski shop and technicians are on hand to ensure complete satisfaction.
Location
A fantastic ski in – ski out location in the very heart of Arc 1950. Situated along the side of the Baptiste Giabiconi blue piste and opposite the Marmottes and Bois de L’Ours chairlifts. The whole resort is completely pedestrianised and car-free, you can literally ski right through the centre.
Meals
Continental breakfast with a cooked option on 6 mornings
Afternoon tea will be left in the chalet for you to help yourself to freshly made cake or biscuits, bread & jams, selection of teas, coffee and hot chocolate
Canapés on the first and last evening
3 course evening meal (6 nights) followed by cheese board and coffee
A choice of red and white wine is served throughout dinner
Room 1 – Double/Twin with en suite bathroom and WC. Bunks.
Room 2 – Double/Twin with en suite shower and WC.
Room 3 – Double/Twin with en suite shower and WC. Balcony
Flights are not included, however a complimentary scheduled coach transfer from Geneva Airport to and from resort is included in the price. Strict timings apply.
For a supplement, an upgrade to a private taxi or minibus is available from all airports subject to availability, please ask for details.
