We opened in Arc 1950 winter season and believe Suite Baloo delivers the ultimate skiing venue. Our Bear Suites are affectionately named after mythical bears from around the world and offer the intimacy of our renown and award winning chalet service with the fabulous facilities of our Bear Resort; a spacious common lounge and bar, proper size pool complex with sauna, steam room, hot tub and massage suites, exercise room, cinema, kids playroom and concierge ski room with rental shop. There is even a small conference room for the more conscientious or tax aware.
Suite Baloo is a private chalet-apartment on the fourth floor with direct access to the village just down the hall. Two bedroom catered chalet-apartments are hard to come by in Arc 1950, but one with 4 additional bunk beds even more so. Suite Baloo provides unique accommodation for 4-8 guests, a delightful space for a small group of friends, or a larger family up to 8 looking for a private ski experience in Les Arcs.
The apartment itself has a comfortable and stylish open plan living / dining room, with balcony boasting views towards Mont Blanc, providing ample space for four or eight to relax after a day’s skiing. There are two en suite bedrooms, each with additional bunk beds (children occupying bunk beds pay half price).
Your dedicated host will provide a cooked breakfast, afternoon tea, canapés on the first and last evening, and a 3 course evening meal on 6 nights, followed by cheese board and coffee and served with a choice of red and white wine.
Arc 1950 is the most pretty of the Les Arcs resorts, some describe it as a Disney set. It is located along the side of the Baptiste Giabiconi blue piste and opposite the Marmottes and Bois de L’Ours chairlifts. You can glide away from the concierge managed ski room and rental shop or stroll across the piste to the magical traffic free village of Arcs 1950. An extraordinary high altitude intersection of pistes and charismatic shops, cafés, bars and restaurants.
Location
A fantastic ski in – ski out location in the very heart of Arc 1950. Situated along the side of the Baptiste Giabiconi blue piste and opposite the Marmottes and Bois de L’Ours chairlifts. The whole resort is completely pedestrianised and car-free, you can literally ski right through the centre.

Continental breakfast with a cooked option on 6 mornings
Afternoon tea will be left in the chalet for you to help yourself to freshly made cake or biscuits, bread & jams, selection of teas, coffee and hot chocolate
Canapés on the first and last evening
3 course evening meal (6 nights) followed by cheese board and coffee
A choice of red and white wine is served throughout dinner

Flights are not included, however a complimentary scheduled coach transfer from Geneva Airport to and from resort is included in the price. Strict timings apply.
