Perched at an altitude of 2003m in Plagne Centre, The Graciosa offers unparalleled convenience and access to the slopes. A short stroll down the piste connects you to the heart of the resort, or ski straight from the ski room into the expansive Paradiski area. The property features 16 versatile suites, accommodating groups of 4 to 15, and boasts exceptional amenities, including a lounge, bar, ski shop, massage room, and childcare facilities. With our renowned  service and dedicated concierge, we make "skiing made easy" a reality.

The Makalu Suite is ideal for groups of 6 to 9 guests, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. It features two double or twin bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, plus a family suite with a double or twin bed, private bathroom, and a separate children’s room with full-sized bunk beds and an additional single bed.

The spacious, elegantly designed interior has large windows that capture the panoramic vista of the piste and mountain tops stretching as far as Mont Blanc, together with a private hot tub allowing you to blend the view with hot bubbles. From the comfy sofas, eco-fireplace, discrete lighting and real coffee machine to the USB-C by your bedside and warm gloves in the morning, we have fused luxury and comfort with the everyday needs of the contemporary skier.

Savour delicious homemade food and excellent service (including breakfast, afternoon tea, and a delightful evening meal paired with wine and coffee for six days), provided by our vibrant young team. They are dedicated to offering seamless care and making your holiday one to remember. Our chalet hosts are approachable, calm under pressure, and incredibly diligent, having honed their skills in our well-known cookery course. Their enthusiasm for hosting will shine through during your stay. We believe the difference between a good holiday and a great one lies in the small details, and we strive to perfect those for you.

Makalu Suite is part of the Graciosa’s sixteen chalet collection, with accommodation for 4 to 14 guests. It’s ideal for groups looking for private space while sharing unforgettable days on the mountain.

Location

In a fabulous ski in - ski-out location, Makalu Suite is on the piste just above Plagne Centre with easy access to the lifts and the expansive Paradiski area. We have in-house ski equipment rental and ski lockers with direct access to the piste.

Meals

Breakfast: cooked/continental (6 days) and self-serve on the host’s day off. Afternoon tea with homemade cakes (self-serve daily). Three-course dinner with wine, cheese, and coffee (6 evenings). Canapés on the first and last evenings.
