Chalet Alisier 2, La Plagne

Chalet Alisier 2 is a fantastic new addition to the Ski Beat programme. Cosy and traditional styled accommodation, it sleeps 8-10 guests over four lovely en-suite bedrooms.

After a day on the slopes, guests can relax and unwind on the sofa in front of the roaring fire. If you need that extra bit of indulgence and unwinding, make use of the shared outdoor sauna and hot tub which offers incredible views of the piste as your muscles are soothed.

For guests' convenience there is a private boot and ski deposit located on the ground floor, making getting to and from the slopes just as easy and hassle-free as can be.

Only room 1 can take a cot. If booking the whole of Chalet Alisier 2 an additional child's bed can be put in room 1 instead of a cot. For a quote please contact our office.

Chalet Alisier 2 is located on the 3rd floor of the Alisier building, and the entrance is accessed via an external staircase.

It is located about 150m from the Plagne 1800 chairlift, you walk out of your chalet down a snowy path and you can start your day's skiing. The Plagne 1800 chairlift takes you out of the village up towards Plagne Aime 2000. From here you can ski directly back to within 150m from Chalet Alisier via the red "Les Mines" piste or blue "Jean-Marie" or "Lovatière" from Plagne Centre. Alternatively you can ski back via the black "Crête-Côte" run.

Chalet Alisier is in an excellent position within the village of La Plagne 1800, located just a few minutes from the La Mine Bar and a couple of minutes' walk from the local Spar supermarket and hire shops.The "Petit Chaperon Rouge" is a short walk across the piste, a cosy mountain restaurant with a roaring fire.

Meals

During your catered  you'll be served up some scrumptious treats, hearty meals and delicious locally sourced wine! You will receive a three course evening meal with unlimited red, white or rosé wine (6 days), with an additional 4th course of local cheese board with port on the Thursday evening.
A lovely start to the week, on arrival in your chalet, handmade pre-dinner canapes and aperitifs will be served to you in the lounge whilst your chalet host welcomes you to your chalet and introduces you to the resort.

Start your day with a delicious cooked breakfast that includes bacon, eggs, beans or hash browns and mushrooms or tomatoes plus a selection of cereals, porridge, yogurts and fresh bread. Served 8am to 9am (4 days) as well as 3 self service breakfast days (continental).

Homemade cakes & afternoon tea
Scrumptious homemade cakes and a choice of teas are provided every day, best enjoyed while you relax in the lounge area in front of the log fire.

Three courses  
We know how much extra yummy food can add to your ski chalet holiday, that's why we work hard to make sure all of our chalet hosts are trained to the highest standard in the Alps highest cookery school.

To compliment your meal we serve free and unlimited good quality red, white and rosé wines during the course of dinner. After dinner, fresh ground coffee or decaffeinated coffee as well as tea is served in the lounge.

To ensure that your specific dietary requirements and preferences are catered for as best we can. Please let the  office know at least 14 days prior to your holiday start date, to ensure that this is possible. Our team can cater for special dietary requirements be they for medical reasons, religious reasons or simply personal preference. Our chalet hosts will be advised of these requirements in advance of your stay and every effort will be made to ensure that they are met. However, we cannot guarantee that certain ingredients will not be in the environment nor can we guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur.

Children aged 11 and under will be served High Tea at around 6pm. This is provided at no extra cost and ensures that your child's normal routine is not disturbed: soft drinks or milk are served with the meal. It also ensures that adults can enjoy their evening meal, which is served at 7.30pm. If you have booked a whole chalet then you can eat together - please speak to your chalet hosts on arrival.

An Alpine chalet is a wonderful place to spend the festive season. We provide Christmas trees and decorations. On the day itself, you can look forward to aperitifs, turkey with all the trimmings, flaming Christmas pudding, mince pies, and of course, Christmas crackers. For New Year most of our resorts will have torch-lit descents, fireworks and other celebrations. Alternatively, you could just enjoy New Year's Eve dinner in your chalet with a glass or two of fizz.
