This very special luxury chalet was new for winter 2019/20 and sits in the heart of Courchevel Le Praz (1300m). Traditionally built in stone and local wood its charming and authentic exterior hides a very funky, modern and stylish interior providing a swimming pool, spa and cinema room.

This refined, contemporary and luxurious chalet sleeps 10 across 5 en-suite bedrooms set across 4 spacious floors just a couple of minutes’ walk from the piste and the new gondola that will whisk you up to Courchevel 1850 in less than 6 minutes.

This chalet has a real wow living area with large open plan sitting room, dining area, snug and kitchen providing plenty of space for the family to entertain, socialise, relax and indulge.

LIVING AREA
The triple aspect glass fireplace provides a focal point for the living areas and creates a cosiness to the large open plan design. The sitting room is double height with feature beams and ambient lighting, a large TV and super comfortable corner sofa making it the perfect spot to curl up in and catch up on the day with your friends and family with a glass of champagne in hand.

On the other side of the fireplace is a great snug area with sofa, chess set, pendent lighting and fabulous gold bunnies!

For food and dining there is a beautiful wood clad fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to rustle up supper each evening or for your chef to take the helm if you add this service to your booking. Dining takes place on an impressively large wooden table with a modern coloured glass chandelier above it.

There is also a breakfast bar for catching up over coffee and another table and bench seating next to the kitchen which is a great spot for children to have their high tea or for you to have a snack. There are also terraces/balconies off various sides of the living and dining areas.

SPA
The exquisite spa is the perfect place to while away the hours after a day on the mountain. The swimming pool is surrounded by white birch trees, twinkly lights and mirrors to create a serene and indulgent space for the adults or a fun and cool environment for the children.

Modern sculpture, stepping stones across the water and seating to just relax in; then a separate massage room so that a masseuse can come in and bring your aching limbs back to life.

CINEMA
Nestled on the lower ground floor of the chalet is the cinema room with dark teal plush velvet sofas so you can kick your feet up and watch a good film or the latest you tube ski vlogs to your hearts content on the large flat screen TV.

BOOTROOM
This huge space is not your average boot room with faux fur curtains, candle lighting, modern art and even a little snug area to have a coffee in if you end up waiting for your group to get ready...

Heated boot warmers, space for your helmets, gloves and skiwear and of course ski racks all within the security of the chalet makes getting ready to hit the slopes super easy.

The 5 en-suite bedrooms offer a truly sumptuous and luxurious space to relax and retire to at the end of the day. Beautifully crafted bespoke beds and furniture made from local old wood are styled and complimented with faux furs, gorgeous textured soft furnishings and beautiful and contemporary en-suite bathrooms.
