Situated in the very centre of Courchevel 1650, with the main gondola and piste just across the street and convenient for all the resort’s amenities, the Cascades has been extensively refurbished over recent seasons, to create a comfortable and well-designed chalet in the most convenient of locations.
The more spacious rooms at the rear of the chalet and the stylish dining-room have spectacular views across the Bozel valley. The large gabled lounge on the third floor, with TV/DVD is the hidden gem of the property offering a very comfortable area in which to unwind.
Equipment hire couldn’t be easier, with our partner hire-shop conveniently below the chalet, ideal for last minute purchases or kit adjustments.
Breakfast is continental every day and on six mornings there are cooked options for you to enjoy.
Afternoon tea and cake will be laid out for you upon your return from skiing.
In the eveningsour hosts will cook you a three-course adult only meal six nights a week. This starts with a glass of prosecco followed by an appetiser, main course and dessert – with unlimited complimentary red, white and rosé wine during service! There is also an option for vegetarians, please warn us in advance.
One of these meals will be a regional meal with the menu depending on which country you are staying in. Guests staying in our French chalets can enjoy Charcuterie to start with, Goat’s Cheese Salad, Tartiflette with salad and Tarte Tatin to finish. All served with wine and followed by tea/coffee, a real treat for foodies.
On the staff one night off per week just a continental breakfast is provided and it’s a great opportunity for you to experience some local restaurants in your resort. Speak to your resort representative for recommendations and help with reservations.
Please note that Chalet Cascades, being our largest chalet, has the Chalet Hotel menu with canapés being offered with the prosecco apéritif and with a set menu three-course evening meal and with cheese as an option with the dessert course.
