Chalet Ipaka, Avoriaz

Avoriaz is the highest and most snow sure resort in the giant Portes du Soleil ski area, offering over 600km of piste in 14 resorts and two countries. There is no question why our guests love it! We built three chalets for winter 2019/2020: Sakami, Kipnuk and Ipaka. They boast a fantastic location with mind blowing views over the centre of resort from every room.

Chalet Ipaka accommodates six guests in three en suite bedrooms. The chalet, built over the centre of the resort, spans three floors with huge windows and balconies allowing you to voyeur over the resort centre après-ski and soak up the mountain panoramas above. The open plan living and dining area provides ample space for family or friends to relax and slop out after a day on the mountain. Each of the en suite bedrooms can be presented as either a twin or a double.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the very heart of the town and within 50 metres of the pistes.

For guests staying in Chalet Ipaka we recommend the ski hire service from MirFamose Skiset. The shop is a short walk from the chalet so once you are settled and have sampled the afternoon tea that awaits you on arrival a member of the ski team will take you to the shop. We are confident you’ll get the very best of service from the MirFamose Skiset team.

Location

The location is fantastic, 1840m altitude, just above the downtown central amphitheatre, bars, restaurants, ski school, ice rink, beginners area and hubbub of the resort with spectacular views of the surrounding mountain panorama. Chalet Ipaka is a short walk away from the very heart of the town and it's within 50 metres of the pistes. For guests staying in Chalet Ipaka our pre-booked ski hire is provided by MirFamose Skiset, which is just a 5 minute walk away.

Meals

Continental breakfast with a cooked option on 6 mornings
Afternoon tea will be left in the chalet for you to help yourself to freshly made cake or biscuits, bread & jams, selection of teas, coffee and hot chocolate
Canapés on the first and last evening
3 course evening meal (6 nights) followed by cheese board and coffee
A choice of red and white wine is served throughout dinner

Room 2 (First floor) – Double/Twin with en suite shower and WC.

Room 3 (Third floor) – Double/Twin with en suite shower and WC. Balcony.

Flights are not included, however a complimentary scheduled coach transfer from Geneva Airport to and from resort is included in the price. Strict timings apply.
