Les Chalets de L’Altiport

Ideally located on the ski slopes of the Alpe d'Huez Grand Domaine, the Chalets de l'Altiport provide you with the perfect ski-in, ski-out accommodation. The chalets are exclusively located in a tranquil area higher up the mountain approximately 500m from the bustling centre of the Alpe d'Huez resort, where numerous bars restaurants and boutiques can be found, as well as a swimming pool, leisure centre, ice rink and cinema.

Location
The chalets are a short walk from Les Bergers, where our ski hire shop is conveniently located and a free shuttle bus runs frequently to the resort centre.

A charming and peaceful base, ski direct from your front door to the gentle slopes bordering the resort, which are ideal for beginners. More experienced skiers can venture straight out to the lifts at Les Bergers, giving you direct access to the larger Alpe d'Huez ski area.

The chalets

Beautifully furnished, each of the chalets are decorated in the traditional Savoyarde style, with large fireplaces, wood and stone interiors and deep colours giving the rooms a warm feel. There is plenty of space in all of the rooms, with a large open-plan living area with a fireplace and satellite television.

An American kitchen with all the modern amenities, including hotplates, an oven and a microwave oven, a dishwasher, extractor fan and fridge, plus all crockery and pans, allows guests to cook and eat as and when they should want. The chalets offer guests total comfort and space, sleeping up to 15 people, with multiple en-suite bathrooms and toilets. Each of the chalets offers its own private balcony or terrace providing panoramic views of the mountains plus a private sauna in which to unwind.

3-floored chalet with 6 bedrooms (1 double & 5 twins).
The ground floor has a garage, sauna and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds plus an ensuite shower room. The first floor has a large living room with fireplace, television, balcony, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hot plates, traditional oven and microwave oven, extractor fan and refrigerator. On this floor there are 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds and and ensuite shower room, one of which also has a balcony. The second floor has 1 double bedroom with ensuite shower room, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and an ensuite shower room (these rooms share a balcony) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, an ensuite bathroom and a balcony.

8 Bedroom Chalet sleeps up to 15 200-210m² chalet

This three-floored, 200-210m² chalet consists of a large living room with a fireplace, television, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, hot plates, traditional oven and microwave, extractor fan and refrigerator.

There are eight bedrooms (two or three of which are on the ground floor), 8 with two single beds or one double bed and 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. All of them are equipped with a shower room and toilet. The chalet also comes with a sauna and terrace.

5 Bedroom Chalet sleeps up to 12 120-130m²

This three-floored, 120-130m² chalet consists of a large living room with a fireplace, television, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hot plates, traditional oven and microwave oven, extractor fan and refrigerator.

There are 5 bedrooms and 1 cabin room, each with one double bed or two single beds, and five bedrooms have their own bathroom or shower and toilet. There is also a sauna and terrace at your disposal.

5 Bedroom + Cabin Room Chalet sleeps up to 12 120-130m² 

This three-floored, 120-130m² chalet consists of a large living room with a fireplace, television, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hot plates, traditional oven and microwave oven, extractor fan and refrigerator.

There are 5 bedrooms and 1 cabin room, each with one double bed or two single beds, and five bedrooms have their own bathroom or shower and toilet. There is also a sauna and terrace at your disposal.

7 Bedroom Chalet sleeps up to 15 195-200m² 

This three-floored, 195-200m² chalet consists of a large living room with a fireplace, television, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hot plates, traditional oven and microwave, extractor fan and refrigerator.

There are seven bedrooms (one or two of which are on the ground floor) with one double bed or two single beds with a shower room and toilet. Another bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom and toilet (some have separate toilets), there are also two bedrooms with three single beds and bathroom or shower room and toilet. There is also a sauna and terrace.
