The Delta Whistler Suites are in a great location in the heart of Whistler Village, just a few minutes’ walk to the ski lifts.
The lobby has been done up in blues, whites and greys, and dotted with plush sofas, to give it a modern, bright feel. The rooms are contemporary in style too, and many have smart desks fitted with HDMI and USB cables, so you can hook up your laptop to the TV and stick on the kids' favourite film. We particularly love the one and two-bedroom suites with their large living rooms and kitchens, which come equipped with washing machines and dryers. And if you're after a great price in a hotel of this standard, the standard guest rooms are perfect.
There's a great health club with an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs and saunas. The Brickworks Public House, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, is a great stop off in the mornings for a tasty full English – and it's accessed by a walkway lined with the names of local ski runs. And on the subject of skiing, all your equipment is stored right at the base of the mountain, so you don't have to carry anything anywhere.
All rooms have a bathroom with bath, shower and WC. They also have a telephone, hairdryer, fridge, high-speed internet access, air-conditioning, flatscreen TV with pay-per view-movies, SmartDesk™ with built in power and connectivity dock.
Guest room – sleeps 1-2: queen bed and a kitchenette with a microwave, mini-fridge and coffee maker.
One-bedroom suite – sleeps 1-4: bedroom with a king bed or two twin beds, lounge/dining area with a double sofa bed, gas fireplace and balcony, and a full kitchen with a microwave, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
Two-bedroom suite – sleeps 1-6: bedroom with a king bed or queen bed and en suite bath or shower, second bedroom with queen bed or twin beds and en suite shower, lounge/dining area with gas fireplace and balcony, and a full kitchen with a microwave, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
