As the name might suggest, the Central is slap bang in the middle of Zell am See. You can be at the City Xpress gondola – or on a ski bus to the nearby glacier – in just a few minutes.

The Central has free WiFi so you can scour the internet in your downtime, a sauna to relax your burning muscles and a ski storage area for safely stashing your ski gear.

The apartments are located In the resort centre and only 5 minutes' walk to the City Xpress gondola and 4 minutes' walk to the Ebenberg lift . Only 5 minutes' walk to the ski bus stop and 3 minutes' walk to the lakeside.

Type E Apartment (60-70m²) – sleeps 2-6 (max 5 adults OR 4 adults and 2 children up to the age of 6): Two bedrooms with Austrian twin beds, open-plan living-kitchen-dining area with double sofa bed, two bathrooms with bath or shower, and balcony or terrace. These apartments are on the ground floor or first floor.

Type E1 Apartment (60-70m²) – sleeps 2-6 (max 5 adults OR 4 adults and 2 children up to the age of 6): Two bedrooms with Austrian twin beds, open-plan living-kitchen-dining area with double sofa bed, two bathrooms with bath or shower, and balcony or terrace. These apartments are on the first or second floor and have views of the mountains.

Austrian twin beds
Austrian twin beds are very common in Central Europe. They’re simply one large bed frame containing two single mattresses, both with separate duvets and linen sets, that cannot be separated. Separate twin beds are less common and can often be head to head beds, rather than side by side, if they are available.
