The Arlberg sits on the main Dorfstrasse, which is lined with hotels, apartments, shops and restaurants. It's a couple of minutes' walk to the onion-domed church and resort centre. The front of the hotel looks towards the piste, and you can be up on the mountain in no time via the Nasserein gondola, 3 minutes' walk away, or the Fangbahn chairlift, 9 minutes' walk away. When you're done for the day, the various branches of Blue 31 lead right back to the bottom of the Nasserein gondola and drag lift.
