Filzmoos
Overview
An ideal resort for beginners looking for the typically charming and unspoilt Austrian ski village. The nursery slopes are conveniently located in the village and piste preparation is of the highest standard. For intermediate and expert skiers there are the nearby resorts of Flachau and Flachauwinkl within the Salzburger Sportwelt ski area of 350kms.
Offslope/apres ski
Apres ski is best described as quiet and informal, however there are plenty of off piste activities to do ranging from sleigh rides, swimming, hot air ballooning, and snow shoeing.
