St Christoph

Overview

Exclusive enclave in the heart of the Arlberg ski area, quieter and more upmarket than its neighbour St Anton. Mainly just a small collection of good quality restaurants hotels and bars. At 1800 metres altitude the area is very reliable for snow throughout the whole season. St Christoph links into the St Anton ski area and is well served by an excellent 4 man chairlift that takes you to the slopes at Galzig.

Beginners will find the area served by some decent slopes and a drag lift in the village, however the area is not ideal for those wanting to progress to the next level as the blue back into St Christoph is not an easy run.

The famous Hospiz Alm is a great place to take lunch out on the terrace on a sunny day.

Positive

  • All properties pretty much ski in ski out
  • In the centre of the Arlberg
  • Exclusivity

Negative

  • Very quiet.

Offslope/apres ski

Little to do for those looking to party, mainly centred around the few exclusive hotels in the village

Our View
