Lech
Lech is a beautiful village that is popular with the upper classes. Having said that, you don’t need to be an all-out celebrity to holiday here.
Most of the accommodation in Lech are hotels, with just a few chalets to choose from.
Lech is an excellent resort for experts, intermediates and beginners.
Although Lech falls slightly short when it comes to nightlife, if you’re happy with a middle-rated apres ski scene, Lech is the perfect resort for you.

Hotel Arlberg
Hotel Arlberg is a 5 star hotel that promises a great stay and excellent ski holiday. The cuisine and service are out of this world and, as a result, Hotel Arlberg has an outstanding reputation.
Hotel Berghof
Hotel Berghof is another 5 star hotel that offers convenient access to the piste and is paid for on a half board basis.
It features a private lift straight from the ski room to the ski centre and is one of Snowfinders’ favourite Austrian hotels.

Chalet Alpenland
Chalet Alpenland is a catered chalet that sleeps 18-19 guests. The chalet offers a ski-in, ski-out location and is popular with all ages. There is wi-fi in the chalet as well as a sauna and the town is just a 5 minute bus ride away.
Ischgl
Ischgl has a much improved nightlife to Lech and is ultimately described as a playground to the rich and famous.
On-point for intermediate skiers, Ischgl is snow-sure and offers some of the best piste maintenance in Europe.
Expensive hotels are paramount in Ischgl but there are also a few chalets to choose from too.

A 4.5 star chalet that is just a 3 minute walk from the piste and 300m from the town, Hotel Brigette is a half board hotel that features ensuite rooms. It also offers group reduction. Ideal.
Hotel Elisabeth
Close to the piste and the town, Hotel Elisabeth has a penthouse pool and is rated at 4.5 stars. The food served in the hotel is exquisite, however, there is no group reduction or in-house childcare.

Chalet Hotel Abendrot
Wow! You can’t get a much more stunning chalet than Chalet Hotel Abendrot and, therefore, it is no surprise that it is a 5 star chalet.
Sleeping 52-63 guests, the Chalet Hotel offers group reduction and a comfortable stay!
St Anton
St Anton receives a 5-star rating for experts and nightlife. If you are an adventurous skier who loves to party hard then St Anton is most definitely for you!
Not ideal for beginners, St Anton has an extensive and varied ski area and a good lift system. What’s more, the village is traditional and charming. The snow is good and off-piste amazing!

A four star, bed and breakfast hotel which sets you up with everything you need for a fantastic holiday skiing, Anthonys Hotel is located just a one minute walk from the Galzig Gondola. It is super stylish too!
Hotel Alte Post
Historic and charming, Hotel Alte Post is a half board hotel in which you’ll have a lovely stay.
It is two minutes walk from the piste and features a cosy lounge and bar area.

Chalet Chiara
A four star chalet that sleeps 10 and is catered, Chalet Chiara has a lot of appealing character and features an outdoor hot tub and sauna. Luxury!
Chalet Gertrud Gabl
Chalet Gertrud Gabl is rated at 4 stars and sleeps 16. It is a catered choice of accommodation that will offer group reduction.
Mayrhofen
With one of the best snow records in Austrian history, you can’t get a much more snow-sure Austrian resort than Mayrhofen!
The resort is fantastic for intermediate skiers and offers varied ski terrain. The nightlife/ apres ski is epic too!

Alpenhotel Kramerwirt
Alpenhotel Kramerwirt is a half board, 4 star hotel that is just 500m from the piste! It is located in the town centre and can be stayed in on a half-board basis.
With free wi-fi, massages available and the occasional live music, it is a popular hotel in Mayrhofen.
Sporthotel Manni’s
This hotel is perfect for a fitness enthusiast. Not only are you located just 2 minutes walk from the piste, Sporthotel Manni’s features a newly refurbished indoor/outdoor pool, steam room, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, massage and beauty treatments.
Mayrhofen Chalets
Chalet Tirol
Chalet Tirol sleeps 20-26 guests and is close to both the town and piste. There is no group reduction or childcare, however, the chalet is rated at 3.5 stars and is a catered chalet.
Chalet Stoanerhof
A 4.5 star, catered hotel that is close to the piste and features a fitness area with multi-gym, Chalet Stoanerhof also has a sauna, wi-fi in communal areas and heated boot racks!
Obergurgl
Obergurgl offers reliable and good snow cover. It is very family friendly and is fairly queue and crowd free.
Obergurgl offers great tea-time apres ski, however, for the harder party scenes you’d be best opting for Ischgl!
