Telluride Ski Holiday Resort

Overview
Getting to Telluride will involve taking two or three flights or a 300 mile transfer from Denver, but once your there Telluride has an amazing old Wild West atmosphere in the town (Butch Cassidy did his first Bank Robbery here). The skiing has a lot to offer intermediates and there is enough to keep an expert happy with some difficult double blacks. Beginners are looked after in the Mountain Village area of the resort. Although not a huge ski area this is an excellent resort with a true Western feel to it
Positive

- Good for all levels of skier
Negative
- Difficult to get to

Offslope/apres ski
Plenty of entertainment for the non-skier and quite an animated après ski scene centred on some lively town bars.
