Overview

The 41 new Delta Residences at Sun Peaks Resort offer exquisitely decorated, spacious one and two bedroom fully equipped luxury condos adjoined to the Delta Sun Peaks Resort. All guests staying in the residences have full access and privileges to all hotel amenities such as fitness facilities, health club, pool, hot-tubs, business centre, room service, restaurant and bar. Guests also have exclusive access to two private outdoor hot-tubs. The ground floor of the building features a grocery store, liquor store, cafes, restaurants and other retail outlets. Each residence includes a master bedroom with king bed, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite worktops, a living area with pull-out sofa bed ,32” LCD TV, Ipod dock, fireplace and dining area. Bathrooms all feature a bath and separate free-standing glass shower. All units also have washer/dryers. The Family Residence is a 1 Bedroom Den condo – the den offers a sofa bed. The 2 Bedroom Residence has a second bedroom with either one king or two single beds.
